What's a chain swap?
A chain swap is a multi-party swap where each person moves into the next person's home. Imagine three people:
- ASarah in Manchester wants to move to Leeds. She owns a 2-bed.
- BTom in Leeds wants to move to Bristol. He has a 3-bed.
- CAisha in Bristol wants to move to Manchester. She has a 2-bed.
Direct matching wouldn't help any of them — none of them want each other's home directly. But Link My Swap spots the loop: Sarah → Tom's place, Tom → Aisha's place, Aisha → Sarah's place. Everyone gets the home they wanted.
