Your address is never public
Map pins are fuzzed by ~200m. Your exact address only appears in chat once you and a verified match agree to share it. Photos can be watermarked too.
Identity verification
Verified swappers display a badge so other users know they are real. Optional, free, and reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
No timewasters
Profiles must be complete to send messages. Mutual interest is required before phone numbers or addresses are shared. Stalker accounts are auto-flagged.
One-tap reporting
Spotted something off? Report a profile or chat in two taps. Our moderation team reviews every report — usually within 4 hours during the day.
Active moderation
A real human team reviews flagged accounts, removes scams, and bans bad actors. Our admin dashboard surfaces suspicious activity automatically.
Privacy by design
Built on Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. UK GDPR compliant. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Stick to in-app messaging until you trust your match. We retain those records — phone or email chats we can't see.

Use the verified badge filter to prioritise verified swappers in your matches.

Insist on a video call before any in-person viewing. The app has it built in — no need to share numbers yet.

When viewing in person, bring a friend and meet during daylight. Tell someone where you're going.

Trust your instincts. If something feels off — even just a vibe — tap Report. Our team will look into it.
